Viewing locations announced on Southern Miss campuses

The Southern Miss Center for STEM Education will hold viewing parties next Monday for the eclipse.

The first watch party location will be at the Hattiesburg campus.

Viewing will begin at 12:33 PM and end of 3:11 PM on the South Side Lawn of the Walker Science Building.

Maximum coverage is expected to be around 87% at 1:53 PM.

The second viewing location will be at the Gulf Park Campus in Long Beach.

Viewing there will begin at 12:31 PM at the Lofty Lot and will end at 3:10 PM.

84% coverage is expected there around 1:51 PM.
