Vehicle theft arrest in Biloxi

Biloxi police arrested an Alabama man for reportedly stealing two cars out of a casino parking lot.

Twenty-eight year-old Winston Thach of Irvington was taken into custody on two warrants issued for felony taking away a motor vehicle. The warrants were the result of an investigation into two separate incidents. One happened in April and the other in May of 2018.

Thach was identified as a suspect through the investigation which led to his arrest. Thach was transported to the Harrison County Jail.
