Vehicle Fire Shuts Down Exit 31 Westbound on Interstate 10

A scary sight on Interstate 10 today as a truck pulling a trailer was engulfed in flames on the exit 31 westbound off ramp.
The fire forced highway patrol to shut down the exit for 25 minutes.
The vehicle was a 2004 Dodge Ram pickup. Mississippi Highway Patrol tells News 25 that the fire started in the engine and spread to the rest of the truck.
Harrison County Fire Service responded to extinguish the flames. No one was injured in the fire.
