Vegetable Oil Spills On Roadway.
Authorities are working to figure out how enough vegetable oil got on Saucier-Lizana Road overnight to shut it down.
Harrison County Sherff’s Deputies responded to an accident on Saucier Lizana Road near Highway 49 around 10 last night.
They found a section of the road was covered in what they believed to be vegetable oil.
Crews covered about 200 yards of the road in sand to soak up the spill.
