Tripadvisor.com named Biloxi one of the most affordable beach destinations in the country. The travel website estimates that the average weekly stay in Biloxi costs roughly $1,000.
A local business worker tells News 25 with beautiful weather and the Memorial Day holiday, the combination has created a significant spike in their sales. Cody Warren of Biloxi Beach Jet Ski Rentals said, “This is the start of summer for us and this is how we get it kicked off. A good Memorial Days leads to a good year for us. It’s just real important for us to get out here and get them on those jet skis.”
