USS Fitzgerald Heads To Ingalls Shipbuilding

Before the USS Fitzgreald took to the seas with the US Navy it sat in the water at Ingalls Shipbuilding and now after its involvement in a deadly collision just a year ago it will return to Ingalls to be repaired.
