USM Deputy Director of Athletics Jeff Mitchell named Ball State athletic director

Today, Ball State named Jeff Mitchell as its next director of athletics, having previously served as the Southern Miss Deputy Director of Athletics since 2018.

Mitchell will be formally introduced to Cardinal Nation at a program at 1:30 p.m. Monday.
