USM baseball’s Tanner Hall named Perfect Game Pre-Season All-American

On the Diamond, Southern Miss ace pitcher Tanner Hall earning First-Team All-American Honors today, courtesy of Perfect Game.

A consensus post-season All-American last year, Hall is coming off a 9-3 season with a squeaky clean 2.81 ERA and 146 strikeouts, good for fourth in the nation.

Hall was also named Conference USA Pitcher of the Year and Ferriss Trophy Winner before representing on the USA Collegiate National Team this summer.

Other perfect game All-Americans from Mississippi include two from the defending national champion Ole Miss Rebels: Jacob Gonzalez on the first team and Hunter Elliot on the second team.

Mississippi State checks in with Colton Ledbetter on the third team. Four selections from LSU including the National Pre-Season Player of the Year Dylan Crews, alongside Tommy White and Paul Skenes, joined by Tre Morgan on the third team.
