Update on Long Beach Gateway Harbor Project

LONG BEACH, Miss. (WXXV)- Progress is being made on the Long Beach Gateway Harbor project on Highway 90.

The vision for the project is to better connect the Long Beach Harbor and downtown area.

City leaders rolled out the project to help beautify the city’s downtown corridor and serve as a more welcoming entrance to the city for drivers along Highway 90.

After experiencing some minor delays, Long Beach Mayor Tim Pierce tells us the project is back on schedule.
