U.S. District Court rules in favor of NFL in Saints lawsuit

According to the New Orleans Advocate, litigation against the NFL stemming from the New Orleans No-Call has failed.

The report says U.S. District Judge Susie Morgan has ruled in favor of the defendant, denying the Saints ticket holders in their request to return the lawsuit back to the state court with the federal judge also shutting down the request to replay the end of the NFC Championship game between the Saints and Rams.
