Two More Plead Guilty in October 2013 Murder
Two more teenagers plead guilty today in the October 2013 murder of a 15-year-old, who was shot to death after picking up four teenagers and giving them a ride to Lowe’s in Gulfport. A total of four teenagers face charges in the murder of 15-year-old Joshua Cuellar.
Seventeen year old Damon Clark pleaded guilty to second degree murder and 17-year-old Daundre Holmes pleaded guilty to accessory after the fact to capital murder.
Sentencing has been deferred pending trial of the fourth and final defendant, Sellers Johnson.
Additional co-defendant Earnest Pope pleaded guilty to accessory after the fact to capital murder in August.
