Two men arrested in Biloxi after attacking man who allegedly killed puppy
BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- Two Biloxi men are behind bars for assaulting a person who apparently stomped a puppy to death.
Biloxi Police say Matthew Bolton and Austin Delano are charged with aggravated assault in this case. Investigators say the death of the puppy prompted Delano and Bolton to attack that person.
The incident happened in the 2100 block of Floyd Drive.
The two are being held on a $250,000 bond and this remains an active investigation.
Biloxi Police say there is a charge of animal cruelty in this incident, but no arrests have been made as of now.
