Two kids injured in motorbike accident in Jackson County

Two kids are seriously injured following a motorbike crash in Jackson County.

Sheriff Mike Ezell says the two were riding a mega-motor bike northbound on Brackish Place in the St. Andrews Community around 4:30 yesterday.

The sheriff says they turned onto Tantallon Drive, disregarding a stop sign when they were hit by a Chevy Equinox.

Both were taken to a local hospital, then the youngest, just 10-years-old, was later transported to USA Medical Center in Mobile.

No charges were filed against the driver and the collision is still under investigation.
