Two injured in accident involving 18-wheeler in Harrison County

Two people were involved in an accident involving an 18-wheeler this afternoon.
The accident happened around 12:30 today at the intersection of Highway 67 and Success Road in Harrison County.
Mississippi Highway Patrol Spokesman Chase Elkins tells News 25 the 18-wheeler was headed south on Success Road when it ran a stop sign, hitting the silver Honda on the front passenger side.
Both drivers were taken to an area hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
