Two arrested in shooting in Gautier

GAUTIER, MS – On Wednesday, May 15, 2024, the Gautier Police Department responded to a reported shooting at the 2400 block of Camino Grande Street.

When officers arrived, a residence was discovered to have been struck by gunfire.

There were no injuries reported at the time of the incident and only minor property damage occurred. The suspect’s vehicle was observed leaving the scene and was stopped by officers in Gautier.

Both occupants were arrested without incident and are being charged in connection with the shooting.

Jameel Dupree, a 22-year-old from Pascagoula and Titianna Donald, an 18-year-old from Moss Point were both charged with shooting into an occupied dwelling.

Additionally, Donald was charged with felony escape for attempting to escape detention. Dupree and Donald will have an initial appearance hearing with the Gautier Municipal Court on Friday, May 17th.
