Two arrested in sex crimes case in George County

GEORGE COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- George County Sheriff’s deputies made two arrests in a recent sex crimes case.

Twenty-two-year-old Brody Parker is charged with secretly photographing for lewd purposes. Thirty-two-year-old Shannon Havens is charged with accessory after the fact.

The arrests come after a concerned citizen submitted an anonymous tip regarding inappropriate pictures taken of a minor child.

Deputies were able to make these arrests after collecting evidence and investigating the tip.

Parker and Havens are now being held at the George County Jail awaiting an initial court appearance.
