Two arrested in connection to card skimming in Biloxi

BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- Biloxi police made two arrests as part of Operation Safe, the Attorney General’s statewide operation targeting card skimmers.

Thirty-one-year-old Hechavarria Jimenez and 39-year-old Reislandy Coello are accused of using fraudulent credit cards and skimming devices in Biloxi.

Investigators were able to recover multiple skimming devices and approximately 66 fraudulent credit cards from a home on North Haven Drive.

Both Jimenez and Coello turned themselves into Biloxi police Friday following active felony arrest warrants for fraud.
