Two arrested for felony child abuse in Pascagoula

Two Pascagoula residents are behind bars after allegedly abusing a 12-year-old boy.
According to the District Attorney’s Office, 46-year-old Tiffany Brown and 19-year-old Michael Blackburn Jr. were arrested in Hancock County and charged with felony child abuse, but authorities are not releasing the relationship of the child to the suspects or the severity of the abuse.
Both bonds have been set at $500,000.
