UPDATE (9:15 p.m. on June 8th) – Another individual is wanted in connection with an officer-involved shooting in Mount Olive, Mississippi on Monday afternoon. The Mississippi Department of Public Safety says 18-year-old Cortavious Hobbs is wanted along with 19-year-old Cortavion Hobbs.

UPDATE (6:50 p.m. on June 8th) – The Mississippi Department of Public Safety has cleared one individual initially wanted in connection with an officer-involved shooting in Mount Olive, Mississippi on Monday afternoon.

Officials say Zykerian Magee has been cleared as a subject at this time. However, Cortavion Hobbs remains wanted and is believed to be armed and dangerous, according to MDPS.

MOUNT OLIVE, Miss. (WXXV)-Two men are wanted in Mount Olive, Mississippi in connection with an officer-involved shooting.

The Mississippi Department of Public Safety says that 19-year-old Zykerian Magee and 19-Cortavion Hobbs are wanted in connection with this incident.

Both Magee and Hobbs are believed to be armed and dangerous. They are believed to be in the area of South Bluff Street in Mount Olive.
