Two 18-year-olds, juvenile arrested in Steeplechase Drive shooting

HARRISON COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- There are new details in the Wednesday shooting in a neighborhood off Landon Road in Harrison County.

Two 18-year-olds and a juvenile have now been charged in this case.

Kyron James is charged with one count of aggravated assault. Shawanda Starks is charged with accessory after the fact.

A juvenile is also charged with accessory after the fact.

The shooting happened near a home on Steeplechase Drive in Harrison County around 8:45 last Wednesday night.

A man was found at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds and investigators were able to determine that a fight broke out at some point, which led to an exchange of gunfire.

James is being held without bond. Starks is being held in lieu of a $20,000 bond. The juvenile is being held at the Harrison County Youth Detention Center.
