Twenty-five year armed robbery sentence
A Harrison County man will serve 25 years in prison without parole for multiple armed robberies and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
According to District Attorney Joel Smith, 32-year-old Rinaldo Norris pled guilty today in Harrison County Circuit Court. The Gulfport Police Department initially began its investigation on March 2, 2016 after the defendant robbed his first business: Loan Max Title Loans.
Over the next two weeks, the defendant robbed a total of seven businesses at gunpoint in the Pass Road corridor.
After a thorough investigation, he was caught after robbing Papa John’s Pizza on Pass Road.
