TV & Movie Filming Becoming More Prevalent on the Coast

Wednesday, film producer, Mark Headley, spoke at the D’Iberville Business Club meeting to talk about how the filming of his most recent movie, Artists Die Best in Black, occurred in south Missisippi.

Headley says, “Oh definitely, definitely. It’s just a matter that you need to get out here and promote to Hollywood that you have all this available. A lot of people are leaving Hollywood because of the huge prices, but everybody that I’ve worked with here is really interested in working with the budgets that we have. It’s a multi-million dollar industry, so no matter what the budget is, people do benefit.”

After Artists Die Best in Black is completed, Headley will being producing another film on the Coast.
