Trooper Tavon Moore returns to the Coast
Mississippi Highway Patrol Trooper Tavon Moore has been escorted home following months of recovery.
Trooper Moore was involved in a motorcycle accident in August. He has been in Atlanta for recovery.
The Wiggins Fire Department had the honor to welcome him home Wednesday evening. The community came out to show their pride, love, and support for their hometown hero.
Wiggins officials say they are proud of Moore and are inspired by his strength.
They also say the city and the community will always have his back.
