Trial for murder of Biloxi woman under way
The murder trial of a man accused of stabbing a Biloxi woman is under way in Harrison County Circuit Court.
Pitipong Daengbunga, the 40-year-old native of Thailand, is being charged with stabbing 42-year-old Jamie Boggs to death and tampering with physical evidence.
The gruesome murder took place two years ago.
Daengbunga had been released from state prison four months before the murder for an assault charge in Jones County.
He moved to the Mississippi Gulf Coast following his release.
Testimony will continue throughout the week.
