Tree takes out telephone line in Biloxi

A large water oak took out a telephone line in Biloxi today.
It happened this morning on Rich Road near Bay Vista Drive. A crew from AT&T responded as well as public works crews.
Officials say no electric lines were damaged. It took twelve workers about three and a half hours to clear the roadway of any debris.
The public works crews were out all day clearing any debris from blocking roads and sewage drains.
