Semi-truck crash backed up traffic on Interstate 110 near Mile Marker 49

Crews were called to clean up I-110 eastbound after a semi-truck crashed, spilling hydraulic fluid on the roadway.

Mississippi Highway Patrol told News 25 the truck was attempting to avoid road debris on the eastbound side near mile-marker 49.

Traffic was backed up from mile marker 49 to Lamey Bridge Road.

Just before 6 p.m., Trooper Robertson said all lanes were blocked off, but they were able to open one lane to get traffic moving again.
