Traffic Alert: Popp’s Ferry Bridge reopen to traffic

The Popp’s Ferry Bridge in Biloxi is now reopened to traffic.

City officials tell News 25 that the bridge would not open or close and it was stuck in the down position. This caused the bridge to be closed to traffic earlier Monday night.
