TRAFFIC ALERT: Delays on I-10 westbound before Gulfport Exit 34A

A vehicle fire is causing back ups on I-10 before Gulfport Exit 34A.

Drivers should expect delays.

According to Gulfport PIO Lt. Jason Ducre, a man was driving and his car started to smoke. The flames were put out, but Gulfport PD currently has two lanes blocked westbound. No injuries were reported.
