Tourists’ feelings on state flag

The state flag continues to receive attention both locally and nationally.
TravelandLeisure.com posted an article online highlighting the City of Biloxi’s movement to remove the state flag from City Hall grounds.
People along the Coast who are against the flag feel the decision will ultimately make tourists feel more comfortable while flag supporters from the Delta traveled to Biloxi to protest the removal.
A law that would require all public universities to fly the state flag was barely overturned in the state House last month.
