Touching a Child for Lustful Purposes

Biloxi man, Fabio Fernando Joaquin Mateos was taken into custody today for touching a child for lustful purposes. Police arrested Joaquin Mateos during a traffic stop when they learned he had an arrest warrant. Back in July police first responded to a report of known juveniles who were touched inappropriately by Joaqin Mateos.
