Tornado Touchdown In Louisiana

The National Weather Service confirms a tornado touched down Sunday morning in Louisiana and heavy rain and wind continued into the night.
The harsh weather caused flooding in some areas, caused damage to roofs and even knocked out power for portions of New Orleans.
One woman was injured in the storm. Police say weather could be a factor in a crash that killed a 24-year-old man when his car went into a canal.
