Women Entrepreneurs Meeting

To connect, enrich and succeed, that’s the main goal of the Women Entrepreneurs series.
The group met today at the Knight Nonprofit Center in Gulfport. Women from local businesses all over the Coast gathered to have lunch and hear speakers. The Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce helped put on the event. The group talked about the complications females face in the workplace and what women can do to succeed. Speakers also focused on the importance of uniting. Director of Magnolia Business Alliance Natalie Guess said, “I think it’s just a different perspective and understanding what we all go through every day and just being a support system for each other.”
Guess tells News 25 that an important thing for women in the business world to remember is to first believe you can and that you deserve what you are trying to achieve.
