Tips to prepare for hurricane season
Forecasters are preparing the public for the upcoming Atlantic Hurricane Season.
News 25 had the chance to talk with the director of the National Hurricane Center on the importance of preparedness before the season begins so you are ready if a storm threatens the area.

Brennan says NOAA is also rolling out new hurricane forecasting improvements in July, including new capabilities for data collecting hurricane drones.
The Atlantic Hurricane Season officially begins on June 1st.
