Thursday 072315 Forecast
The heat isn’t going anywhere soon, and even with a slight cool down expected by the beginning of next week, it will only bring us into the lower 90s. Heat index values are approaching advisory levels in the northern parts of our six 6 coastal county area, but generally staying a few degrees below. An approaching cold front will bring increased cloudiness and chance of showers, but won’t actually get close enough to give us any relief from the high temperatures. High pressure in the gulf will continue to bring us winds from the West, averaging about 10 miles per hour.
