Three people charged for drug-related offenses in Pearl River County

PEARL RIVER COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- The Pearl River County Sheriff’s Department is sharing details on three arrests made in January.

The first arrest was on January 13, leading to two people being arrested for narcotics. The incident happened during a traffic stop, deputies finding Bryce Bradt and Erica Holston.

A search of the car was conducted, heroin, fentanyl, and paraphernalia were found.

Bradt and Holston were brought to the Pearl River County Jail. Bradt was booked for possession of drugs while Holston was booked for possession of paraphernalia.

While at the facility, paraphernalia was also found on Bradt, which led to a charge of contraband in a correctional facility.

On January 15, a traffic stop was conducted in Lumberton where deputies found James Maguson behind the wheel.

He was found to have meth in the car as well as a gun. Maguson had a previous felony conviction, leading to his arrest and being charged for felon in possession of a gun and possession of a controlled substance.
