Three Coastal sites added to National Register

The Gulf Coast National Heritage Area is sharing that three Coast sites have been added to the Register of Historic Places for 2025.

Two are located in Harrison County while one is in Hancock County.

Holly Bluff is in Hancock County and is a historic landscape along the Jourdan River, known for its designated gardens, rustic lodges, and cottages.

Over in Harrison County, first up is the Greater Biloxi Subdivision Historic District. This is one of the largest and most intact post-World War II residential areas, developed between the 1940s and 1960s.

Last is the JW Randolph School in Pass Christian, serving as the only public high school for black students in the city.
