The Salvation Army Kroc Center Hosts Kroctober Fest on October 26!
[Mississippi Gulf Coast (10/15/2024)] – The Salvation Army Kroc Center invites you to Kroctober Fest 2024! This family-friendly event will feature exciting activities, games, live music provided by Mississippi Songwriter Alliance, and a variety of delicious food trucks.
Come out and enjoy the festive atmosphere with something for everyone, including a costume contest, trunk-or-treat, hayrides, games, and more!
“Kroctober Fest is more than just a fun day for families; it’s an opportunity for our community to come together and celebrate fall season. This year we are expecting to have over 800 guests, over 40 vendors, and 8 food trucks, along with volunteer groups passing out candy. So, show up on time because the candy won’t last long,” says Danielle Emery, Kroc Director. “We are thrilled to feature local food trucks, live music by the Mississippi Songwriters Alliance, and activities that everyone can enjoy. We’re excited to welcome everyone to The Salvation Army Kroc Center for a day of festive fun and fellowship!”

- Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Costume Contest: 12 PM sharp at the bleachers
- Trunk or Treat Candy: 11 AM until it’s gone
- Games: 11 AM – 2 PM
- Pumpking POOLoza (floating pumpkin patch): 1 PM – 3 PM ($10 per child, swimsuits required)
- Live Music by the Mississippi Songwriters Alliance
