The d’Iberville Warriors shut out Biloxi with a final score of 28-0. Both teams headed to the playoffs!

What a battle it’s been already for class 7A Region Four! Gulfport has already been named the champion, but we find out tonight who will get those last three spots which takes us to our WXXV Game of the Week sponsored by the Floor Trader Outlet in Gulfport!

The Game of the Week takes us to Warrior Stadium as the d’Iberville Warriors host the Biloxi Indians for their final match of the regular season. The odds of both teams making it to the playoffs are good, but of course nothing is absolute.

After defensive domination took over the first quarter, the d’Ibervile offense came alive in the second quarter as Jordan Walley rushed for two touchdowns. The black and gold would double their score in the second half, shutting out Biloxi with a final score of 28-0. Congratulations to the Warriors as they improve to 8-2 on the year.

The good news is both of these teams are headed to the playoffs! d’Iberville with the three seed, and Biloxi with the fourth seed. d’Iberville will travel to Petal while Biloxi will hit the road to Oak Grove. We look forward to supporting both of these teams in their post season campaigns!
