The Claiborne at Gulfport Highlands welcomes residents

The luxury senior living facility, the Claiborne at Gulfport Highlands, finally welcomed their first three residents.

The Claiborne at Gulfport Highlands is a family-owned and operated senior living community. The luxury senior living facility offers a comforting blend of southern hospitality and vacation-caliber amenities.

The Claiborne offers 100 apartment style rooms, 70 for assisted living residents, and 30 for memory care residents specifically designed for those living with Alzheimer’s Disease and other forms of dementia.

The facility includes a hair salon, spa, movie theatre, library, and coffee shop.

Marissa Butterfield, community relations director, at the facility says she is excited that they are finally welcoming residents. “We have been pre-leasing our apartments for about a year now. One lady that is moving in has been waiting for a year and two months. So, she is very excited to be able to move into her new home. We have about 50 residents who will be moving in once we get our license. We are still pre-leasing our apartments now.”
