The City of Gulfport releases traffic plan for Homecoming Parade route

GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)- The City of Gulfport is releasing details on road closures for the homecoming parade.

These closures are in effect from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m. tonight (September 24, 2026).

Everyone is asked to use caution, allow for extra travel time, and use an alternate route when able.

The city thanks everyone for their patience and cooperation as they work to keep the parade route safe for students, families, and the community.
