Teenagers charged with aggravated assault in Gulfport
On July 24, 2023, the Gulfport Police Department arrested 16-year-old Antonio Demarcus Harper and 18-year-old Bruce Ellis Lowery and charged them both with three counts of Aggravated Assault.
On July 24, 2023, at approximately 4:45 p.m., the Gulfport Police Department responded to the 100 block of Faust Drive in reference to a drive-by shooting.
Through the course of the investigation, Detectives discovered Harper and Lowery discharged a firearm multiple times striking a residence and then fleeing the scene prior to Officers’ arrival.
Harper and Lowery were processed and transported to the Harrison County Adult Detention Center to be held in lieu of their $750,000 bonds.
