Teen pedestrian injured while trying to cross Beach Boulevard

An update on the teen pedestrian who was hit by a car over the weekend.

Biloxi police say the teen girl is in serious, but stable condition. The accident happened Saturday at Highway 90 and Veterans Avenue. She was found unresponsive in the eastbound lanes of Highway 90.

News 25 was told the driver of the vehicle that hit her remained on scene and cooperated with the police.

No criminal charges have been filed.
