Taste of Ocean Springs
Tonight, Coast residents got to enjoy just a taste of what Ocean Springs has to offer.
Twenty restaurants gave samples of their best food for an evening of fun and relaxation during the 11th annual Taste of Ocean Springs.
The Caution Swing Bridge took center stage for live entertainment. There was also a silent auction including a raffle drawing for a chance to stay at Gulf Hills Hotel.
Ocean Springs Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Cynthia Sutton says it takes all hands on deck to get an event like this up and running. “It takes an army of volunteers to put on an event like this. With the rain, switching from outside to an indoor venue, we’ve had a wonderful partnership with the city and our community volunteers that really just made this possible.”
Plans for next year’s Taste of Ocean Springs event are already underway. If you or anyone you know would like to take part in next year’s event go to www.oceanspringschamber.com/taste for more information.
