Taste of Back Bay

Local restaurants in the D’iberville and St. Martin area showcased their best dishes for a good cause.

The ‘Taste of Back Bay’ kicked off at the D’Iberville Town Green tonight and featured ten area restaurants including Murky Waters BBQ, Satchmo Jazz Café, Southern Grounds Coffee House, the Fudge Shack, just to name a few.

The event is a fundraiser to benefit area businesses. ‘Taste of Back Bay’ Chairperson Jessica Pigott says it’s a great way to highlight some of the best local cuisine. “It’s been several years in the making. It’s something we’ve been really excited about and we wanted to give an opportunity for our community to be involved and to also see the amazing service that these ten restaurants give to our community every day. So it was really a great opportunity for us to give back and for them to give back to community.”
