Taking away a motor vehicle

A man in Biloxi was arrested for stealing a vehicle after staying over at a friend’s house.
Neville Conner was staying at an apartment on Pass Road when he took the keys of the property owner’s vehicle and left without the owner’s permission this morning. Both Conner and the vehicle were found by the Hancock County Sheriff’s Department in Kiln.
He was charged with taking away a motor vehicle and given a $25,000 bond by Harrison County Justice Court Judge Albert Fountain.
