Nick Patano, Patrick Williams in a runoff for Harrison County Justice Court
Nick Patano and Patrick Williams will face an Aug. 26 runoff for Harrison County Justice Court Judge District 5. Patano won with 46.81 percent of the votes while Williams garnered 38 percent.
