Suspect in shooting on Esters Boulevard arrested in Hattiesburg

A man wanted in connection to a November homicide is behind bars and another is being sought.

Biloxi Police say 27-year-old Tymos Carter was arrested Tuesday at his home in Hattiesburg by police and U.S. Marshals.

He was then taken to Biloxi, where police charged him with murder. He is being held without bond determined by Judge Albert Fountain.

Police say Carter and another man, Eddie Baker, are suspects in a shooting in the 500 block of Esters Boulevard near Keller Avenue on November 10th.

Police were called out on a report of gunfire and when they arrived, officers found a blood trail that led to a victim who had died of apparent gunshot wounds.

Carter and Baker were developed as suspects during the investigation.
