Suspect in Pascagoula Gas Station Shooting Bonds out of Jail
The 21-year-old suspect in Tuesday night’s shooting at a Pascagoula Exxon gas station has bonded out of jail. This is according to Taurus Richardson’s attorney, Calvin Taylor.
Taylor tells News 25 Richardson bailed out of jail on a $100,000 bond after turning himself in to police yesterday afternoon. Taylor says his client also gave police the weapon used during the shooting.
Police tell News 25 the attempted murder charge against Taylor has been reduced to aggravated assault based on evidence investigators have found and collected.
Meanwhile, 22-year-old Spencer Garrett of Moss Point continues to be treated for multiple gunshot wounds at a local hospital. He is listed in critical condition.
