Suspect in custody in connection to shooting on Bert Dedeaux Road in Saucier

Harrison County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating an early Sunday morning shooting in Saucier.

The shooting happened around 4:30 a.m. on Bert Dedeaux Road off of Old Hwy 49. Sheriff Troy Peterson says that one victim is suffering from non-life-threatening injuries.

One suspect is also in custody in connection to this shooting.

Deputies are still trying to determine a motive for the shooting.
