In the race for State Supreme Court District 2 position 2, David Sullivan appears poised to unseat incumbent Justice Dawn Beam.

Beam actually conceded the race in a post on her Facebook page today.

With 94 percent of the vote reporting, Sullivan leads Beam with nearly 55 percent to her 45 percent.
